A graduate of Salem State University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc) in Economics. Rich has close to three decades of experience in the insurance industry. Rich is the president and CEO of the agency. He holds an AAI designation (Accredited Advisor of Insurance), CISR designation (Certified Insurance Service Representative), and the CPIA designation (Certified Professional Insurance Agent).

He has always been involved in the local community. In fact, Rich has held the position of president, vice president, and member of the Marshfield Chamber of Commerce; he was one of the original founders of the South Shore Business Leaders Group; he was a member of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce; he spearheaded the Marshfield Economic Development Council; he also maintained positions with many insurance companies advisory councils.

Rich is a US Army Veteran. He served in the elite unit of the Airborne Paratrooper Operations in Central and South America as part of a fast reactionary force team. The countless operations with US Army Rangers and Special Forces teams enabled Rich to develop a unique and keen sense of loyalty, honor, service, volunteerism, and moral character.

The life and educational experiences have honed Rich to lead the TRU North Team. A different kind of agency. An insurance agency that takes extreme pride in all facets of its daily operations, as well as its commitment to the community and service to its clients.
